Job summary

Amrize North America Inc. seeks a skilled Loader Operator to join our plant operations. You will operate 980M/982M loaders, perform routine maintenance, and maintain communications with supervisors and customers. The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds and a strong safety mindset.

Travel to other plants is required, and you will participate in pre-shift inspections and daily site cleanups. We offer comprehensive benefits and a supportive, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• 12 months of loader operator experience with 980M/982M loaders.
• Prior work experience around heavy equipment, construction, or paving.
• Basic mechanical maintenance knowledge and skills.
• Proven safety record.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school GED.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate loader to move bulk materials and load stockpiles.
• Perform pre-shift inspections and routine maintenance the loader.
• Maintain effective communications with supervisors and customers.
• Keep batch plant areas clean and orderly and store tools securely.
• Assist with plant housekeeping and safety compliance.
• Travel to other plants as required.
