Job summary

APAC-AL, Inc. in Dothan, AL seeks an experienced Front End Loader Operator to work on construction and paving projects in the CRH South Central Division. You will operate loaders safely, help maintain slopes and barricades around dig sites, and assist with basic maintenance while documenting time and materials for each job.

Knowledge of aggregate sizes, load weight requirements, and accurate tape measurements will be essential. Local travel may be required to various locations across Alabama.

Qualifications

• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain safe slopes on excavations and proper barricading.
• Locate utilities and buried lines prior to digging.
• Perform minor servicing and maintenance; refer major problems.
• Keep time and material records.
• Knowledge of aggregate sizes and classifications.
• Know weight requirements of loads leaving the pit.
• Travel from interstate to rural dirt roads as needed.
• Lift up to 30 pounds and physical mobility requirements.
• Understand basic measurements and read a tape measure.
