Job summary

Appalachian Aggregates, LLC, a CRH Company, seeks a highly skilled Front End Loader operator for an open pit mining operation in southern West Virginia. You will perform pre/post trip inspections and operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently.

Applicants must meet safety requirements, pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, and be able to work varied shifts including nights or weekends. The team values reliability, cooperation, and adherence to MSHA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Inspections before and after shifts with proper documentation.
• Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently in pit/mining operations.
• Other duties related to job may be assigned as needed.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policies.
• Safely and efficiently operate heavy equipment of various sizes and weights used in pit and mining operations.
• Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary basis as needed.
• Report any problems to your manager.
