Job summary

Appalachian Aggregates, LLC, a CRH Company, seeks a Loader Operator for our Princeton, WV open pit mining operation. You will safely operate a Front End Loader, perform daily inspections, and follow MSHA/OSHA safety guidelines to support production goals.

Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, coordinating with crew, and reporting issues to the supervisor. Must pass drug screen, background check, and physical, with flexibility to work shifts and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a Front End Loader in open pit mining or similar environments.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and document findings.
• Commitment to safety policies and productive work practices.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a Front End Loader and other heavy equipment as assigned.
• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and document findings.
• Coordinate with quarry crew to meet daily production schedules.
• Report issues to supervisor and follow company policies.
