Job summary

Appalachian Aggregates, LLC, a CRH Company, is seeking a Front End Loader operator for open pit mining operations. The role emphasizes safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment and adherence to all safety policies.

Candidates must be 18+, able to pass pre-employment screenings, and capable of working various shifts at different site locations. High school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and pass pre-employment drug screen, background check and fitness test.
• Experience operating Front End Loader and other heavy equipment is required.
• Commitment to safe, efficient and productive work practices.

Responsibilities

• Performs daily pre/post trip inspections with documentation.
• Safely operates heavy equipment of various sizes in pit/mining operations.
• Reports problems to supervisor and adheres to company safety policies.
• Works varying shifts at multiple locations as needed.
