Job summary

Cemex US is seeking a Loader Operator to operate front-end loaders and related equipment in a safe, efficient manner at our Santa Rosa Beach facility. You will load trucks, feed conveyors and perform routine maintenance while following all safety policies.

Responsibilities include verifying material quantities, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with plant staff to keep operations running smoothly. Experience with heavy equipment and English literacy required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Bilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Start engine, shift gears, and control bucket movements.
