Cardinal Civil Contracting, LLC is seeking a Loader Operator to support underground water and sewer projects on active site locations. You will load, move, and place bulk materials and pipe, staging items ahead of crews to keep installation on schedule.

Responsibilities include operating loaders and skid steers, following job-site plans, and assisting with pipe setting under supervision. Candidates should have 2+ years of heavy equipment experience and pass drug screening.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2+ years operating a front-end loader or similar heavy equipment in utility or civil construction.
• Experience around open excavations and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read grade stakes, follow signals, and work from written/diagram instructions.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens.
• 18+ years old and able to work extended hours and weekends as needed.

Aufgaben

• Operate a rubber-tired front-end loader to load, move, and place bulk materials.
• Operate a skid steer or excavator as assigned to move pipes and materials.
• Stage pipe and materials to keep installation on schedule.
• Unload pipe, fittings, and structures safely and with proper rigging.
• Assist with setting pipe in trenches under Foreman direction.
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
