Price Rite in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Part-Time Front-End Lead Clerk. The role oversees front-end operations, including cash management and service delivery, reporting to the Front-End Manager.

The candidate will help maintain cashier accuracy and store procedures while delivering excellent customer service. Minimum requirements include English proficiency, the ability to stand and move for long periods, and a flexible schedule that includes weekends.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Understand and follow directions.
• Stand/walk for long periods; bend, reach and stoop as needed.
• Work a flexible schedule including daytime, evenings and weekends.
• Satisfactory cash-handling record (less than 2 errors in 12 months).

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cash office controls: safe counts, cashier tills, deposits, and reports.
• Organize and maintain cash office and front-end work stations.
• Supervise, train and develop team members.
• Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to front-end policies.
