Job summary

Price Rite in Worcester, MA is seeking a Part-Time Front-End Lead Clerk to supervise cash handling, front-end service and daily operations. You will assist the Front-End Manager and help train team members for a friendly checkout experience, with opportunities to grow within the store.

Flexibility is required with daytime, evening and weekend shifts. We emphasize Safety and Presentation as core service priorities while delivering value to our customers.

Qualifications

• Read, write and speak English.
• Understand and follow direction given.
• Perform the job while standing; able to bend, reach and stoop.
• Work a flexible schedule consisting of daytime, evening and weekends.
• Possess a satisfactory cash record (less than 2 errors over last 12 months)

Responsibilities

• Accountable for cash office controls such as safe counts, reconciliation of cashier tills, preparation of deposits, generate various computer reports, prepare and order coin, gift cards, etc.
