Qualifications

• Required: Less than 1 Year Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets.
• Required: 1 Year Retail experience as a cashier.
• Required: Ability to obtain sales related licensure or registration as may be required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provides SMART customer service at all times through Lowe's customer service policies, procedures and programs.
• Seeks out customers to understand needs and assists in locating, demonstrating, selecting, carrying, and loading merchandise.
• Listens to and responds to customer and employee questions, guiding them through projects when necessary.
• Communicates information to customers regarding stock, special order merchandise, feature benefits, application, and warranty information.
