Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience with semiconductor capacity planning and capital equipment planning.
• 2+ years using Python and SQL to craft visualization and web-based reporting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with partners to drive future tool and process roadmaps, and calculate capacity impacts of process changes.
• Complete financial analyses before new capital equipment purchases, including metrics optimization and capacity sharing.
• Handle site tool utilization and capacity planning models to optimize deployed capital.
• Apply Python, SQL, and Excel methods to improve and automate planning tasks.
• Design, track, and communicate capital change proposals to senior leaders using Power BI/Tableau.
• Optimize equipment base capacity and lead site- and tool-level efficiency studies.
• Build tools to audit capital efficiency and identify cost reduction opportunities.
• Lead and communicate improvement plans across manufacturing functions.
