In this role, you will join the Apple Retail Engineering FrontEnd team as a Front End Engineer, contributing to the development and enhancement of Apple’s e-commerce platform. Your responsibilities will include the construction and maintenance of high-performance web applications, ensuring seamless customer experiences across various devices, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative design concepts.

Description

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in front-end development, particularly in high-traffic, consumer-facing applications.
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating front-end applications with back-end services.
• Knowledge of build tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of responsive design, accessibility (WCAG), and mobile-first principles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for creating user-friendly, pixel-perfect interfaces.

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $150,400 and $225,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
