Apple Inc. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for Enterprise Technology Services in Sunnyvale, CA. You will join IS&T and help design and deliver scalable, low-latency enterprise platforms that power Apple’s operations and customer services.
You will collaborate across teams, own features from planning through design to delivery, and ensure robust, well-tested code. Strong Java, SOA, and database skills are essential; Kubernetes and React experience are a plus.

The team manages identity, device security, and anti-abuse platforms — covering everything from manufacturing and repairs to software updates and activations. ETS also oversees supply chain, manufacturing, and partner integration platforms, protecting data on more than 2.5 billion devices worldwide. And when Apple prepares for a global product launch, ETS owns the systems that ramp factory production — managing serial numbers, network credentials, and verified software.
You'll need to have excellent communication and cross-group collaboration skills, be able to make forward progress despite ambiguous circumstances, be a self starter, a quick learner of new technologies and have experience shipping products. You will be a critical part of the core engineering team for a high-performing, low latency enterprise application. You will be responsible for planning and design of new functionality, contributing to architecture of core functionality and future planning for this exciting endeavor. We need someone who is something of a generalist - a savant who can work on new features one day and optimize inner loops the next.The ideal candidate has a strong mix of education and practical experience, and loves diving in to interesting problems head first.
