The Frontend Software Engineer plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing, architecting, and developing end user applications, creating scalable software solutions for millions of users. All our applications are hosted on Amazon Web Services, withGithubActions serving as our build server, andCodePipeline/CodeDeployfacilitating our continuous delivery pipeline. Our team communication thrives on Slack, and we diligently track issues using JIRA.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise web application development is preferred
• Proficiencyin front-end technologies, particularly React, Redux, React Router, and SCSS.
• Experience with tools such asZustand,ExpressJS, Axios, andGraphQL.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability tonew technologies.
• Proficiencyin testing andmaintaininghigh code quality standards.
• Experience with ADA compliance.
• Working knowledge of OWASP Top 10 best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently on assigned tasks.
• Excellent English-speaking ability, with clear and effective communication skills.
• Proven experience using agentic AI tools (e.g., Claude Projects, Cursor, Aider, or equivalent) in real production codebases, particularly:
• Regularly shipping features where AI wrotethe majority ofthe implementation and tests
• Strong prompt-engineering and spec-writing skills that yield high-quality code on the first or second pass

Nice to Have

• Experience or understanding of developing and managing applications that run within aniframe, including knowledge of restrictions and capabilities associated withiframes.
• Experience with Svelte.
