Front-End Engineer (React/Redux) – Full Stack Experience | Remote (West Coast Hours)

Overview:

We're seeking a Front-End Engineer with full-stack capabilities to join a growing remote team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in building complex front-end applications using React and Redux, and is comfortable collaborating on back-end systems using Node.js and MongoDB. You’ll be working on large-scale applications with rich UI and intricate state management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and optimize robust front-end features using React and Redux (or Redux Toolkit).
• Collaborate with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and business logic via Node.js and MongoDB.
• Architect and manage large, complex application states with high performance and scalability in mind.
• Partner with product and design teams to deliver intuitive, user-friendly applications.
• Maintain and enhance application speed, scalability, and code quality.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and MongoDB for full-stack collaboration.
• Strong track record of building large-scale, complex front-end applications with advanced state management.
• Experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing web applications.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Webpack, and GraphQL is a major plus.
• Agile mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a U.S.-accredited institution.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience working in media, streaming, or other high-traffic platforms.
• Background in building reusable component libraries or design systems.
