Job summary

Decile Group is transforming venture capital through a world-class Decile Hub product. This Head of Product role focuses on building polished front-end experiences in a Rails environment with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus, translating designs into delightful interfaces, and using AI to accelerate delivery.

You will collaborate with product and design to raise UI quality, enforce consistency, and help scale a design system for a next-gen investor platform.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional front-end development experience, including work within Rails applications.
• Strong command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript — can build complex layouts and interactions.
• Experience with Hotwire/Turbo/Stimulus or eagerness to learn it deeply.
• A genuine eye for good UI — you notice what most engineers miss.
• Active use of AI coding tools as part of your workflow.
• Ability to communicate clearly with designers and product managers about what's feasible and what isn't.
• Portfolio or examples of real work you've shipped.

Responsibilities

• Build polished, performant front-end experiences.
• Work within a Rails codebase. Use Hotwire, Turbo, and Stimulus alongside ERB templates.
• Translate designs into real interfaces with product and design teams.
• Use AI to move faster in UI generation, debugging, refactoring, and testing.
• Improve UI consistency and quality across the product and contribute to a shared design system.
