360 Privacy is seeking a Staff or Principal Front-End Engineer to own the front-end of our client-facing platform. You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of privacy-first, accessible, high-performance dashboards, reporting tools, and admin views using React.

You will mentor a small team, define scalable front-end architecture, and collaborate with backend, product, and design to deliver secure, user-friendly experiences.

Formación

• 5+ years of front-end development experience at the Staff level or 8+ years at the Principal level.
• Advanced proficiency with React, including React Hooks, component architecture, and state management libraries such as Redux or Zustand
• Strong expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript, with experience in performance optimization and testing frameworks like Jest and React Testing Library
• Experience designing interactive UI patterns including forms, real-time updates, and animations
• Familiarity with AI tools for prototyping and UI testing (e.g., Claude, Cursor), with an understanding of their limitations
• Experience integrating REST APIs into front-end applications
• Deep knowledge of web accessibility and usability principles, including WCAG and Section 508 standards
• U.S. residency is required
• Proven experience mentoring or leading engineering teams

About The Role
