Job Description

EHCG is seeking an experienced Senior Software Developer to lead a significant software development project for our government client. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, efficient, and high-quality software applications. Candidates should have at least 15 years of software development experience within DOD/Federal contexts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership: Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to team members.
2. Architectural Design: Lead design and implementation focusing on scalability, performance, and reliability.
3. Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
4. Software Development: Write, review, develop, and test software solutions.
5. Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex issues and enhance software performance and stability.
6. Innovation: Research and evaluate new technologies to improve development practices.
7. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and DevOps engineers.
8. Communication: Effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Location: This is a remote position with occasional travel to Philadelphia, PA.

Requirements

• Active DOD Secret Clearance.
• Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• IAT III certification (e.g., CASP+CE, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP, GCED, GCIH, CCSP).
• Minimum 15 years of experience in software development and management, including lifecycle and system analysis.
• Strong Agile development experience.
• Experience with Visual Studio, Eclipse, NetBeans.
• Experience with Azure and AWS cloud environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
