Job summary

Point Wild is seeking a versatile Front End Engineer to shape the user-facing experience of a security-focused web app. You will collaborate with backend, AI engineers, and designers to translate complex data into a polished, performant interface.

The role emphasizes architecture decisions, modular front-end foundation, accessibility, and enterprise-grade UX. You will translate designs, build core UI components, and contribute to performance tuning and build pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with modern JavaScript/TypeScript front-end frameworks (React, Vue, Svelte)
• Strong understanding of responsive design and accessibility best practices
• Ability to collaborate across design, AI, and backend teams
• Experience with design tools (Figma, Sketch, or similar) and interpreting design systems
• Familiarity with front-end performance tuning, testing strategies, and build pipelines
• Comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced early-stage builds
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal

Responsibilities

• Build out core UI components and user flows for a modern web app used by security-conscious professionals
• Translate wireframes and visual designs into responsive, accessible front-end code
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to wire up live data, APIs, and edge cases
• Co-develop UI/UX flows with a designer and contribute ideas and feedback
• Shape key front-end architecture around component reuse, state management, and performance
• Write clean, maintainable code with readability, testing, and long-term scalability
• Continuously improve user experience through iteration and usability feedback loops
