Job summary

LoadUp Technologies is seeking a Front-End Software Engineer to build high-quality web and mobile experiences on-site in Alpharetta, GA. You’ll craft performant, accessible customer-facing apps with React, React Native, and TypeScript that connect to our cloud-native platform.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Backend Engineering, and Design to ship features and iterate quickly, embracing modern workflows and AI-assisted coding tools while maintaining high engineering standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proven experience building production web and mobile apps with React and React Native.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, modern ES features, and component-driven UI development.
• Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context, Recoil, or similar.
• Experience with API integrations (REST/GraphQL) and asynchronous data flows.
• Familiarity with native iOS and Android build processes, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Fastlane.
• Experience with testing strategies (unit, component, integration, end-to-end).
• Experience with analytics/monitoring tools like Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Amplitude.
• Experience using AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ownership mindset with focus on quality and maintainability.

About the Role

LoadUp is hiring a Front-End Software Engineer to build high-quality web and mobile experiences on-site in Alpharetta, GA. You'll design and deliver performant, accessible, and maintainable customer-facing applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript that integrate with our cloud-native platform.

You'll work closely with Product, Backend Engineering, and Design to ship high-quality releases and iterate quickly on customer-facing features. The ideal candidate combines strong front-end fundamentals with pragmatic engineering judgment and experience using modern development workflows and tools, including AI-augmented coding assistants. This is a full-time role.

• Experience with analytics and monitoring tools such as Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics, Amplitude, or similar platforms

• Demonstrated experience using AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to accelerate development while maintaining high engineering standards

• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

• A strong ownership mindset, with deep attention to application quality, user experience, and long-term maintainability
