Job summary

Human Power BG is hiring an Experienced JavaScript Engineer to join a fast-paced software team. The role focuses on building and maintaining web components for home/building automation and automotive domains, using modern frontend frameworks and robust testing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, a solid browser/web understanding, and strong communication in English. Remote-friendly options are available as part of a flexible, Agile environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Solid understanding of the web and browsers.
• Experience with Angular, React or Vue.js.
• Experience with unit testing.
• Good understanding of application design patterns.
• Experience with the terminal (git, npm, yarn, etc.).
• Fluent English.

Responsibilities

• Planing, development, deployment, and maintenance of various software components and solutions.
• Defining tasks and giving time estimates.
• Write clean, maintainable code and provide comprehensive documentation, good test coverage, and improve code quality.
• Participate in code reviews, pairing, and other forms of knowledge sharing.

Our client is a group of software engineers dedicated to building complex software solutions and digital products for international corporations and startUps. Their expertise ranges from Consulting, UI/UX Design, Web, Mobile and Cloud technologies to Internet of Things and AI/Machine Learning.

They are seeking to hire an enthusiastic and hard-working Experienced Javascript Engineer. The team is working on a number of digital services, primarily in the domains of (smart) home and building automation and the automotive industry, where they design and implement various APIs and solve interesting integration challenges. Their goal is to produce clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while applying domain-driven design and enterprise integration patterns.

Qualifications and Experience

• at least 3 years of relevant experience
• a good understanding of the web and browsers
• experience with Angular, React or Vue.js
• experience with writing unit tests
• good understanding of application design patterns
• experience with the terminal (git, npm, yarn, etc.)
