Qualifications

• Handling stressful situations in a retail setting.
• Basic math skills for quick counting and transactions.
• Experience in retail or customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates.

• Assist in budgeting and labor scheduling in partnership with management.
• Develop and implement department action plans to achieve results.
• Collaborate with Front-end team and promote teamwork.
• Display a positive attitude and stay current with ads.
