Job summary

PW Retail Foods LLC is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Manager for our Piggly Wiggly location in Milwaukee. You will support the Customer Service Manager and act as a goodwill ambassador, ensuring accuracy, honesty, patience and stamina in daily store operations.

Responsibilities include coaching front-end associates, handling customer concerns, maintaining a clean, safe environment, processing schedules, and ensuring promotions are communicated and executed.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years retail front-end experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
