• Greet customers and assist them by guiding to products and handling transactions.
• Anticipate customer needs and communicate effectively to resolve issues promptly.
• Oversee front end operations to meet sales, profit and labor goals through cost control and service.
• Maintain front end conditions, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Ensure accurate checkout and ensure policies and laws are followed.
• Train and coach associates on front end policies and procedures to reduce shrink and waste.
• Report pricing discrepancies and provide back-up coverage for service operations manager in their absence.
