Responsibilities

• Exhibit and develop customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior.
• Promote a high level of morale within department and store, utilizing friendly professional methods of honest and open communication.
• Maintain good working relationships with other department managers with the objective of improving sales storewide.
• Comply with all company policies, programs and directives as specified in the Code of Conduct.
• Provide professional examples for other store team members to follow.
• Bag guests’ purchases promptly and efficiently within proper guidelines; carry purchases to their automobiles in a friendly, prompt manner.
• Fills all bag slots and supplies necessary for front-end operations.
• Assist with price checks and go-backs.
• Assist with general housekeeping and sweep duties as assigned.
• Keep the parking lot clear of carts and return them to proper store location; follow safety policies for cart retrieval.
