Qualifications

• 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and training may be required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams through training and feedback.
• Manage store operations, budgeting, merchandising, and customer service.
• Drive sales and profit through effective leadership and store initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with policies and Open Door guidance and promote inclusivity.
