Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include 2 years of college; OR 1 year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, firearms CBC and training may be required.
• For facilities that sell ammunition and have state-specific requirements, a current Certificate of Eligibility may be required.
• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and listening to associates.
• Oversee store operations, merchandising, and company direction using OBW service model.
• Drive financial performance by budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Supervise hourly associates, hire and mentor, set expectations, recognize performance.
• Coordinate activities with stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promote continuous learning.
