Walmart in Lincoln, ME is seeking a store leadership role focused on developing teams, coaching associates, and driving store performance. You will supervise hourly staff, implement business initiatives, and ensure excellent customer service through the One Best Way model.

The position emphasizes integrity, inclusivity, and operating with the EDLP and EDLC principles. You'll manage budgets, merchandising, inventory flow, and action plans to reduce shrink and improve sales.

Competenze

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms-specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

• Leads and develops teams effectively by teaching training and actively listening to associates touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales of the designated store area by reviewing and evaluating PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training and mentoring.
