Job summary

Walmart in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a store leader to drive performance, develop teams, and deliver outstanding customer service across the designated store area.

The role emphasizes supervision, budgeting, and implementation of business initiatives while maintaining Walmart’s values and Open Door Policy. Eligible candidates will have supervisory experience and a background in retail operations, with a path to growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgement of CBC and Firearms Authorized Training where applicable.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training and actively listening to associates; provides feedback.
• Drives financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting and controlling expenses for the store area.
• Supervises and develops hourly associates; hires, trains, mentors, assigns duties and provides recognition.
• Coordinates activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning.
