Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and develop hourly associates, mentor, and ensure staffing needs are met.
• Understanding of Walmart policies, ethics, and compliance with Open Door Policy.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, listening, coaching, and guiding associates on store operations.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, and recognition.
• Coordinates activities with stakeholders, supports plans, and ensures goals and progress are measured.
• Ensures compliance with policies, promotes inclusion, and acts with integrity in day-to-day operations.
