Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help provide a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, answer questions, and ensure accurate purchases while maintaining a friendly demeanor.

Responsibilities include handling various payment methods, keeping the front-end area organized, and supporting with bagging and restocking as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements) to work in retail.
• Completion of company cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scan items and bag groceries to support a smooth checkout experience.
• Handle transactions accurately (cash, card, digital payments) and maintain front-end area.
• Keep checkout area organized, clean and stocked throughout the shift.
