Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to help create a smooth checkout experience for customers. You’ll be the final stop before home, scanning items, bagging groceries, and answering questions with a friendly, efficient approach.

You’ll rotate between tasks like handling transactions, restocking, collecting carts, and maintaining the checkout area, staying engaged in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and weekly wages apply.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ per local/state rules) to work in-store.
• Complete cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required; flexible schedule incl. early mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Scan items, process transactions, and bag groceries to finish purchases accurately.
• Answer customer questions and provide friendly service.
• Restock supplies, collect carts, and maintain checkout area throughout shifts.
