Job summary

Randalls Food Market is seeking a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will scan items, bag groceries, answer questions, and ensure each visit ends on a positive note.

You’ll also keep the front end organized and handle transactions efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will rotate between tasks such as handling transactions, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining the checkout area.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing checkout experience and friendly service.
• Ability to handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Comfort with standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout, scan items, bag groceries and answer questions.
• Keep front-end area clean, organized, and functional throughout shift.
• Rotate between tasks: transactions, cart collection, restocking, and front-end upkeep.
• Maintain checkout area and follow store policies and procedures.
