Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is seeking a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will handle transactions, assist customers, and keep the front-end area clean and organized throughout busy shifts.

The role supports various front-end tasks in a fast-paced environment, requiring good communication, basic math, and adaptability to changing customer flow.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ (or 18+ depending on location)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills required
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout, process purchases and handle payments
• Bag groceries and help with cart retrieval and stocking
• Maintain a clean and organized front-end area throughout the shift
• Follow store policies and register procedures
• Support with various front-end tasks as needed
