Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Combo Clerk at our Manteca, CA location to handle transactions, assist customers, and manage a cash drawer with accuracy. You will work at the front end, process various payment methods, and help with other duties as needed to keep the store running smoothly.

Ideal candidates are reliable, ready to learn, and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a full-time, on-site role with on-the-job training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, helpful customer service and resolve concerns with supervisor assistance as needed.
• Identify produce items and process codes accurately.
• Process cash, checks, coupons, and electronic payments (debit, credit, gift cards, EFS, EBT, and WIC).
• Operate POS systems and SCO stations, ensuring accurate scanning and payments.
• Reconcile cash drawer at shift end and balance forms of payment.
