Job summary

United Supermarkets, LLC is hiring a Front-End Team Member to support a smooth checkout experience for customers in a fast-paced store environment. You will handle transactions, scan items, bag groceries, and assist customers with questions while maintaining a clean and organized front end.

You will rotate between tasks, restock, manage carts, and ensure accurate pricing and order completion. Prior customer service experience is welcome, training is provided, and a flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements).
• Complete cashier/front-end training upon hire.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately and quickly.
• Scan items and bag groceries.
• Answer customer questions and provide assistance.
• Restock supplies and maintain checkout area.
• Collect carts and keep front-end area clean and organized.
• Monitor pricing, promotions, and scan accuracy.
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures.
• Adapt to changing tasks and customer flow during shift.
• Stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
