Job summary

Albertsons Companies Inc. is hiring a Front-End Team Member to deliver a smooth, friendly checkout experience. You will scan items, handle transactions, bag groceries, answer questions, and keep the front-end clean and organized throughout your shift.

You’ll rotate tasks such as restocking, collecting carts, and maintaining checkout areas while staying adaptable to changing customer flow in a fast-paced environment. Previous customer service is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older (or 18 depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle transactions and assist customers at checkout.
• Rotate between tasks like cashiering, collecting carts, restocking supplies, and maintaining checkout area.
• Keep front-end organized, clean, and functioning throughout shift.
