The role involves handling transactions, restocking, and supporting cart retrieval in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is often required.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old (or 18+ depending on local/state requirements).
• Completion of company cashier or front-end training upon hire.
• Basic math and communication skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout, scanning items, bagging and answering questions.
• Process transactions accurately with cash, card, and digital payments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and functioning front-end area throughout the shift.
• Restock supplies and assist with cart retrieval and general front-end upkeep.
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures; adapt to changing tasks and customer flow.
