Albertsons Companies is seeking a Front-End Team Member to ensure a smooth checkout experience for customers. You will handle transactions, assist with bagging, and keep the front-end area organized and efficient throughout the shift.

Responsibilities include processing various payment types, maintaining accuracy in pricing and produce codes, and supporting with cart retrieval and stocking during a busy day. This role values friendly communication and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years or older (or 18+, depending on local/state requirements)
• Completion of cashier/front-end training upon hire
• Basic math and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Process purchases accurately, including cash, card, and digital payments
• Bag groceries and assist customers at checkout
• Maintain a clean, organized front-end and assist with cart retrieval and stocking
• Follow store policies and checkout procedures while adapting to changing customer flow
