Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Smile and provide prompt, accurate and friendly service.
• Greet each customer and use his or her name whenever possible.
• Unload customers' groceries from cart to belt and group items for bagging.
• Check cart bottoms and under baby seats for items before completing an order.
• Follow correct bagging procedures and cash handling policies.
• Scan orders and handle payments per standard practice.
• Follow procedures for refunds and error correction.
• Maintain accurate cash control and follow cash handling procedures.
• Identify customers needing assistance and offer to take orders to their car.
• Maintain a neat front end area and station presentation.
• Report any register malfunction or issues to management.
• Ensure MVP savings center KIOSK is stocked and functional.
• Observe safety guidelines and report unsafe conditions.
• Complete CBT and training aid courses.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
