Job summary

Whole Foods Market is seeking a Customer Service & E-Commerce Team Member to assist customers at check-out, manage cash registers, bag groceries, and support at the service desk. Maintain displays and uphold the store's customer service vision, following SOPs and health regulations.

Candidates may perform related duties and participate in training and company programs as directed. No prior retail experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Check out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.

• Follow proper cash-handling procedures and POS operations.
• Stock and maintain Front End areas and register equipment.
• Assist with training of new Cashier staff and support guest flow.
