Qualifications

• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Minimum 18 years of age/19 in Idaho/19 in Alaska if selling tobacco.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift and overtime as needed.
• Related retail experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales.
• Deliver and encourage other associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness of checkstand area to housekeeping standards.
• Answer telephones and comply with corporate policies.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders and transfers, bill pay, gift cards and purchases.
• Provide lottery service and licenses where applicable.
