Responsibilities

• Checks out customer groceries efficiently and accurately.
• Upholds regulations concerning sale of alcohol and taxation.
• Follows cash procedures and proper ringing up of items.
• Cleans and stocks front end areas and operates own register.
• Follows cash handling procedures and supports cashier team.
• May assist in training new Cashier staff.
• Help manage customer flow and reduce wait times.
• Participates in company programs and adheres to health and safety rules.
• Arrives on time and participates in trainings and meetings.
• Provides excellent customer service and promotes suggestive selling.
• Maintains proper stock, signs, and pricing; reports hazards.
