In this role you will handle sales transactions and returns, promote loyalty programs, and uphold safety standards while supporting the store team to ensure every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their visit.

Qualifications

• Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience preferred.
• Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
• Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours) standing or walking.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time (up to 2 hours continuously).

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and proactively approach to understand their needs and shopping experience.
• Process customer sales transactions and returns in accordance with Front-End procedures.
• Promote company programs (loyalty, warranty sales, private label enrollment).
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and SOPs; maintain confidentiality of information.
• Create an inclusive store environment where teammates and customers feel welcome and respected.
• Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the store team and perform tasks as assigned.
