Knowledge of promotions and active participation in Ollie’s Army and donation programs will help drive sales. The role requires a positive attitude and team focus, with weekends/evenings as needed, and promotes a strong associate benefits program.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.

• Support donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving, pricing items, merchandising, and store recovery.
• Maintain the store appearance and take on additional duties as assigned.
