Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process cashier transactions and open/close the register.
• Handle refunds, exchanges, money orders, and bill payments.
• Provide lottery services and issue fish and game licenses.
• Bag merchandise and know produce codes for quick checkout.
• Answer phones and assist customers with inquiries.
• Maintain clean checkstand area and assist with shelf upkeep.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures.

Minimum

• Minimum 18 years of age/19 years of age in Idaho/ 19 years in Alaska if selling tobacco

• Ability to work weekends on a regular basis, work any shift and work overtime as needed

Customer Service Desk:

• Open and close desk
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders and transfers, bill pay, gift cards, purchase orders, equipment rentals
• Provide lottery service (except Alaska) and fish and game licenses
• Send/receive faxes
• Administer lost and found
• Run vendor reports
