Responsibilities

• Promote trust and respect among associates and customers.
• Answer questions about products and help customers feel welcome.
• Count and balance daily cash and paper assets; prepare deposits.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and cash reports.
• Report sales and register transactions to store management in a timely manner.
• Maintain Kronos and Timekeeping for payroll processing.
• Assist management with administrative duties.
• Answer phones and communicate with store associates and customers.
• Follow policies for money orders, gift certificates and similar items.
• Follow safety procedures and report accidents or safety risks.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a safe, busy store environment.
