This role emphasizes friendly customer interactions, accurate transactions, and adaptability in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexible scheduling and a team-driven atmosphere are part of the position.

Qualifications

• Customer interaction skills during checkout and assistance
• Accurate transaction processing including cash/card/digital payments
• Attention to pricing, scanning accuracy, and order completion
• Basic math skills for cash handling, change, and register balancing
• Organizing multiple tasks while maintaining steady checkout flow
• Assisting with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and front-end upkeep
• Identifying and addressing pricing or service questions
• Following store policies and checkout procedures
• Adapting to changing tasks and customer flow
• Comfort standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide a smooth, friendly checkout experience for customers.
• Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Keep the front-end area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Assist with bagging, cart collection, and general front-end upkeep.
