The role emphasizes reliable cash handling, attention to pricing, and teamwork across shifts. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Friendly and clear communication with customers at checkout.
• Ability to process purchases accurately including cash and card.
• Attention to pricing, scanning, and order completion with care.
• Basic math skills to handle cash and making change.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks during shifts.
• Willingness to adapt to changing customer flow and tasks.
• Follow store policies, register procedures, and checkout workflows.
• Physical ability to stand, lift up to 50 lbs, and work indoors/outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout with a friendly, efficient attitude.
• Process transactions accurately and balance at end of shift.
• Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and stocked.
• Restock supplies and retrieve carts as needed throughout the day.
