Job summary

Ollie’s is seeking a Front End Specialist to assist customers and keep the front end of the store running smoothly, with a focus on service, merchandising, and appearance.

You will greet customers, operate the cash register, learn current promotions, support donation programs, help receive trucks, price and merchandise items, and maintain an inviting, organized checkout area for a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
• Positive attitude and team player dedicated to serving customers.

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge every customer entering or approaching the front end.
• Accurately and efficiently operate the cash register.
• Be knowledgeable of current promotions to answer questions and drive sales.
• Support Ollie’s Army and other donation programs year-round.
• Assist with receiving trucks, pricing items, merchandising, and recovering the store.
• Maintain store appearance and complete additional responsibilities as assigned.
